I've worked in the fitness industry for ten years, supporting people to enjoy exercise and reach their fitness goals.
I aim to make sessions fun, varied and achievable using a range of different styles and approaches. Beginners are welcome and options are always given to ensure everyone is challenged and motivated regardless of fitness level.
We know that regular exercise impacts positively on both physical and mental health. I am here to help top up your feel good endorphins with a range of different group exercise classes in glorious South East London.

All classes are currently taking place on Zoom while we remain in Tier 4
Amy has helped me fall back in love with fitness.
She curates killer workouts that are challenging, varied (don’t think I’ve ever done the same one twice) and upbeat. I love her realism, her dry wit and her endless enthusiasm.
