Always have your blog text and links ready on a document where you can copy and paste it easily. You can create new blog from scratch or copy and edit an existing one.
To copy an existing one
This makes the process much quicker and more efficient for you once you are inside the blog editor.
Collect the images or video you wish to add to the blog to make it more interesting and have these ready in a folder on your desktop or already in the back of your site.
Once you’re ready you can access your blog document on your device and copy and paste it into the blog editor.

Ensure you add and properly link any internal or external information links you wish to be clickable. General good practice is if you mention an article, page or website, that you create that as a clickable link so that users can go to that additional info if they so wish. You can add these links into the body of your text and then edit them when you copy and paste it in place or add them at the end of the text and insert the as links underneath words or calls to action e.g. click here to read article. Whatever you do ensure you check all your links are properly done and working before you publish your post.
The blog has been formatted already to make all hyperlinks a different colour to indicate they are clickable.
Rearrange the blog page by creating spaces, quotes, adding images or videos links and hash tags so that users can search and find things of interest within your entire blog.
