North, South, East and West. There’s no excuse not to take your brand on the road and engage with your customers and clients in a face to face environment.
Glass Shed Exhibition Stand Design in London has worked at pretty much all of them, not just the ones based in the South West of England where we happen to have our own headquarters.

From Conference Halls to Convention Centres
From purpose-built modern centres to palaces and racecourses, we’re taking a quick look at some of Glass Shed Exhibition Stand Design in London’s favourite places to make an exhibition of yourself!
We’ve listed them alphabetically, not geographically so make sure you top up the tank, as we’re about to cover a fair few miles together. The list was to extensive for just one blog so don’t forget to also check out our review of venues from N through to Z!
The largest conference centre of its kind in the North of Scotland, we’ve picked out Aberdeen Exhibition centre because it’s easily accessible and host over 600 different events every year. There’s everything from the Scottish Home Show to the Scottish Kids Show on offer. It boasts 48,000 sqm of flexible event space with 7 separate event spaces
Back closer to home, at least for the team at Exhibition Stand Design in London, is the iconic and architecturally impressive Alexandra Palace. Affectionately known as Ally Pally, it used to be a racecourse called the Frying Pan but these days, it’s more famous for hosting exhibitions including The Knitting & Stitching Show.
The Barbican Centre is best known to hosting some of the UK’s largest creative arts conferences and exhibitions and is a world-class learning centre. Set in one of the most iconic Brutalist buildings, it boasts a range of spaces ideal for everything from product launches to weddings, conferences and AGM’s.
If you’re looking for somewhere that’s conveniently located just 10 minutes away from London King’s Cross, then check out Islington’s Business Design Centre. It’s one of the largest conference venues in London hosting over 250 events annually and welcoming 900,000 visitors.
You might be surprised to learn that Doncaster Racecourse boasts a state of the art conference and exhibition centre that’s very popular in the Midlands and North East of England. It also benefits from offering free parking for 3000 cars, not to mention those panoramic racecourse views.
Conveniently located in the beating heart of Scotland’s vibrant capital city, the EICC is rated as one of the worlds, not just the UK’s, best exhibition centres. Built in 1995, it utilises an innovative revolving auditorium to maximise event space and since opening has welcomed over 1.5 million delegates from around the world through its doors.
Located by the Royal Docks in London, ExCel is home to some of the biggest conferences the UK delivers. There are six on-site hotels as well as parking for over 3000 vehicles. It also boasts two DLR stations and is less than a mile away from London City Airport.
Liverpool is arguably one of the most vibrant and dynamic city’s our country has to offer so it’s no surprise that the Exhibition Centre there is a popular choice. Situated, like ExCel is, in a waterside location, you can make the most out of your business trip and visit the world-famous docks. It’s interconnected to sister venues ACC Liverpool and M&S Bank Arena and is in close proximity to not one but two international airports, plus ferry, train and motorway networks.
If you’re planning on exhibiting at any of the above popular exhibition venues, Glass Shed Exhibition Stand Design in London can help you to create the perfect, bespoke stand. We offer a wide range of custom-built stand services designed to help your company stand out from the competition. We’d love to hear from you so go ahead and get in touch today.
