Ym mis Mehefin 2021, nododd Cyngor Tref Tywyn a Bae Cinmel yr angen i ddatblygu a chyflawni Cynllun Lle sy’n canolbwyntio ar wneud yr ardal yn lle gwell i genedlaethau’r dyfodol fyw, gweithio ac ymweld â hi. Cyflwynwyd y prosiect Cysylltiadau Cymunedol am gyllid i Lywodraeth y DU, ac ym mis Rhagfyr 2021 derbyniodd TKBTC y newyddion ei fod wedi llwyddo i sicrhau grant gan y Gronfa Adnewyddu Cymunedol. Prif ffocws y prosiect yw: Deall y problemau y mae'r gymuned yn eu hwynebu Siarad â’r gymuned am yr hyn sydd angen ei wneud ar gyfer llesiant y gymuned a’r lle yn y dyfodol Cytuno ar flaenoriaethau a'r camau y mae angen i'r gymuned eu cymryd i droi syniadau yn gamau gweithredu sefydlu Partneriaeth Gymunedol

Mae Cynllun Lle yn ddogfen sy’n: Yn gosod canllawiau cynllunio lleol ar ddefnyddio a datblygu tir Cysylltiadau â pholisïau cynllunio a osodwyd gan eich Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol Wedi'i ysgrifennu gan bobl leol sy'n adnabod yr ardal yn dda ac sy'n gallu ychwanegu mwy o fanylion at y gwaith a wneir gan y cynllunwyr Yn gallu cysylltu â Chynlluniau lleol/Cymunedol eraill ar ystod eang o faterion Yn gallu gwella proffil lle yn y rhanbarth

Mae Cynllun Lle yn ddogfen sy’n: Mae nifer o fanteision yn deillio o TKB yn cael cynllun lle sydd â chefnogaeth a chyfranogiad pobl leol. Mae'r rhain yn cynnwys: Datblygu dealltwriaeth dda o anghenion a dymuniadau’r gymuned gan gynnwys y lefelau o gymorth sydd eu hangen i fynd i’r afael â materion a chamau gweithredu gwahanol Blaenoriaethu camau gweithredu allweddol i wella bywiogrwydd yr ardal a gwella llesiant pobl sy’n byw yn Nhowyn a Bae Cinmel Gwella mewnbwn mewn penderfyniadau cynllunio lleol, gan gynnwys dylanwadu ar iteriadau’r Cynllun Datblygu Lleol yn y dyfodol i sicrhau ei fod yn parhau i ddiwallu anghenion cymunedol Gwella perthnasoedd gwaith, cydweithio ac ymdrech ar y cyd rhwng y gymuned, y Cyngor Tref, yr Awdurdod Lleol a phenderfynwyr allweddol eraill, a Gwella lles cymunedol

Mae TKBVOICE yn fudiad a arweinir gan y gymuned i lunio a gwella’r ardal yn awr ac ar gyfer cenedlaethau’r dyfodol. Rydym eisiau grymuso holl aelodau’r gymuned i rannu eu barn, a darparu syniadau ac atebion posibl i gefnogi cyfeiriad Tywyn a Bae Cinmel yn y dyfodol. Eich lle chi yw e! Meddyliwch am y Cynllun Lle fel un sy’n adrodd stori am TKB, ei bobl, y lle a’i weledigaeth ar gyfer y dyfodol. Bydd y Cynllun yn adrodd stori Towyn a Bae Cinmel, trwy eiriau pobl leol a gyda mewnwelediad a gafwyd gan ymwelwyr a phobl ar eu gwyliau. Bydd yn disgrifio ble rydym ni, yn nodi cyfleusterau a seilwaith sydd ar goll ac yn dechrau llunio syniadau ar gyfer gweithredu, datblygu a gweithredu yn y dyfodol. Bydd hefyd yn edrych ar gysylltiadau rhwng ardaloedd o’r gymuned fel ei bod yn haws symud o gwmpas a sut mae hefyd yn berthnasol i drefi a chymunedau cyfagos. Bydd y Cynllun terfynol yn gymysgedd o luniadau, cynlluniau, geiriau a set o nodau i chi weithio tuag atynt.

Dechreuodd ymgysylltu â’r gymuned a’r broses cynllunio lle ar gyfer Tywyn a Bae Cinmel ym mis Ionawr 2022, gyda’r ymgynghorydd Connector Cymunedol a thîm ymgynghori cynllunio lle o gynllunwyr, penseiri, dylunwyr ac arbenigwyr trafnidiaeth wedi’u penodi i gefnogi’r broses. Mae'r Cysylltydd Cymunedol wedi canolbwyntio ar ddatblygu'r seilwaith digidol i gefnogi'r fenter, codi ymwybyddiaeth o'r prosiect, ysgogi ymgyrch ysgogi cymunedol ar lawr gwlad, creu cyfleoedd i'r gymuned gymryd rhan a thyfu partneriaeth gymunedol. Fel rhan o’r cam cyntaf o gynnwys y gymuned yn natblygiad Cynllun Lle Tywyn a Bae Cinmel, rydym yn darparu ystod o opsiynau wyneb yn wyneb a digidol i ddweud eich dweud. The TKBVOICE Place Plan was developed following an intensive period of community engagement, and process of co-production with the local community from February to end of June 2022. The project was funded by the UK Government’s Community Renewal Fund and Towyn and Kinmel Bay Town and Community Council. The Plan provides useful facts and figures, and describes how Towyn and Kinmel Bay works as a place in terms of living, working and visiting based on feedback from you during our community campaign and engagement. The Plan identifies a 15 year vision, and outlines key themes and proposals, to provide direction and focus. The aim is to turn ideas into action under the leadership of the TKBVOICE Community Partnership. Some ideas can be realised by grass roots community action. Other bigger projects will require collaboration and will need investment and large scale funding with key partners. Plans to be effective do not stand still and are always evolving and our door is always open to other thoughts and ideas. The TKBVOICE community is a way of keeping the conversation going. Learning and evaluation is critical to understanding the impact of any project, and lessons to be learned for future projects. Throughout the project, there were various ways of engaging, and sharing views and feedback. The consultants involved in delivery for TKBVOICE adopted innovative approaches and were keen to test and learn from this to find out what worked well and what we could do better next time. This learning will also inform and guide the TKBVOICE Community Partnership as it looks forward beyond the lifecycle of the Community Connections project, and focuses on turning ideas in the Place Plan into action with the support of the community. The Community Connections Project, in line with funding requirements, engaged a consultant independent of project delivery to evaluate the impact of the project and to reflect on lessons learned to inform future project success, the sustainability of the Community Partnership and help ensure the Place Plan goes from ideas into action. The evaluation process was informed by interviews with a wide range of people and stakeholders who were involved in the project in different ways. We also invited members of the TKBVOICE Community (people who have subscribed to our website and database) to share their views about what worked and how we could improve for future projects. Learning and evaluation is critical to understanding the impact of any project, and lessons to be learned for future projects. Throughout the project, there were various ways of engaging, and sharing views and feedback. The consultants involved in delivery for TKBVOICE adopted innovative approaches and were keen to test and learn from this to find out what worked well and what we could do better next time. This learning will also inform and guide the TKBVOICE Community Partnership as it looks forward beyond the lifecycle of the Community Connections project, and focuses on turning ideas in the Place Plan into action with the support of the community. The Community Connections Project, in line with funding requirements, engaged a consultant independent of project delivery to evaluate the impact of the project and to reflect on lessons learned to inform future project success, the sustainability of the Community Partnership and help ensure the Place Plan goes from ideas into action. The evaluation process was informed by interviews with a wide range of people and stakeholders who were involved in the project in different ways. We also invited members of the TKBVOICE Community (people who have subscribed to our website and database) to share their views about what worked and how we could improve for future projects. We also shared the survey on social media to reach as many people as possible and asked others to share to their networks. The survey we asked is here. The final evaluation report is here TBA

The TKBVOICE Place Plan was developed following an intensive period of community engagement, and process of co-production with the local community from February to end of June 2022. The project was funded by the UK Government’s Community Renewal Fund and Towyn and Kinmel Bay Town and Community Council. The Plan provides useful facts and figures, and describes how Towyn and Kinmel Bay works as a place in terms of living, working and visiting based on feedback from you during our community campaign and engagement. The Plan identifies a 15 year vision, and outlines key themes and proposals, to provide direction and focus. The aim is to turn ideas into action under the leadership of the TKBVOICE Community Partnership. Some ideas can be realised by grass roots community action. Other bigger projects will require collaboration and will need investment and large scale funding with key partners. Plans to be effective do not stand still and are always evolving and our door is always open to other thoughts and ideas. The TKBVOICE community is a way of keeping the conversation going. The TKBVOICE Place Plan was developed following an intensive period of community engagement, and process of co-production with the local community from February to end of June 2022. The project was funded by the UK Government’s Community Renewal Fund and Towyn and Kinmel Bay Town and Community Council. The Plan provides useful facts and figures, and describes how Towyn and Kinmel Bay works as a place in terms of living, working and visiting based on feedback from you during our community campaign and engagement. The Plan identifies a 15 year vision, and outlines key themes and proposals, to provide direction and focus. The aim is to turn ideas into action under the leadership of the TKBVOICE Community Partnership. Some ideas can be realised by grass roots community action. Other bigger projects will require collaboration and will need investment and large scale funding with key partners. Plans to be effective do not stand still and are always evolving and our door is always open to other thoughts and ideas. The TKBVOICE community is a way of keeping the conversation going. We’d love to hear from you and understand how we can work together to make a difference! Learning and evaluation is critical to understanding the impact of any project, and lessons to be learned for future projects. Throughout the project, there were various ways of engaging, and sharing views and feedback. The consultants involved in delivery for TKBVOICE adopted innovative approaches and were keen to test and learn from this to find out what worked well and what we could do better next time. This learning will also inform and guide the TKBVOICE Community Partnership as it looks forward beyond the lifecycle of the Community Connections project, and focuses on turning ideas in the Place Plan into action with the support of the community. The Community Connections Project, in line with funding requirements, engaged a consultant independent of project delivery to evaluate the impact of the project and to reflect on lessons learned to inform future project success, the sustainability of the Community Partnership and help ensure the Place Plan goes from ideas into action. The evaluation process was informed by interviews with a wide range of people and stakeholders who were involved in the project in different ways. We also invited members of the TKBVOICE Community (people who have subscribed to our website and database) to share their views about what worked and how we could improve for future projects. We also shared the survey on social media to reach as many people as possible and asked others to share to their networks. The survey we asked is here. The final evaluation report is here TBA
